You make your calls to your leads as usual. Inbound Lead Automation does not initiate any calls on your behalf nor does it provide leads. You should follow the same FTC, FCC, TCPA and GDPR compliance and consent rules that you would whenever you use your autodialing system for pre-recorded or artificial voice calls.
It's YOUR phone call; you have access to the entire call on your VoIP system. If you want to review your calls, we recommend you record them on your phone system. We may temporarily store recordings for quality control and troubleshooting. All recordings used for these purposes are deleted within 48 hours.
We charge an initial setup depending on the complexity of the campaign. This includes creation of any required dialplans and scripts, assistance with implementation, consultation on the script for your Agents, creation of your Agent program, implementation of the API to return responses and dispositions, and feedback and revision of your script to attain maximum results.
